She came recommended by a friend. The reason we decided to go with Karina in the first place is because she helped this friend selflessly. She wasn't the realtor for the purchase but she decided to help nonetheless. We had a bit of a unique situation as we were purchasing a house from out-of-state during the pandemic. All our visits happened remotely through videoconference. Karina's great attitude transpired through all our exchanges. Throughout the great/fun visits or our disappointments when our offers were not accepted, she always kept a positive outlook and reassured us that the right house would be there for us. She also ensured that the entire paperwork process with the title company or the bank was kept within the specified deadlines of our agreement. She held our hands all the way through a successful close (in person this time and with our masks on of course). Karina is a consummate professional and she truly loves what she does. When we originally spoke, Karina told us that a lot of the people she ended up working with became her friends. We understand why now. I highly recommend her services.
