Karina is an astounding and incredible woman! We have been working with her since January and recently purchased our first home in April. She first started off with asking about our needs and wants and certainly delivered. She showed us homes that fit the criteria we asked for and ultimately got us the home we absolutely love! My little family is obsessed with our home and we’re so ready to move in and make amazing memories there. When it came to time she was punctual, when we would call she answered. When we reached out through text, she replied within a reasonable time. Truly a gem who worked so hard for us. She’s so sweet to us and patient, but was certainly assertive when the time came to write offers and push the sellers to work in our favor.
This was our experience but the second offer was accepted after the first potential buyers dropped out. She immediately called us, helped with scheduling inspections, was on top of finding out the pros and cons with the house. Not once did she get overwhelmed with the new information given, just did what she needed to do with grace and a smile.

Karina was great from beginning to end. She came recommended by a friend. The reason we decided to go with Karina in the first place is because she helped this friend selflessly. She wasn't the realtor for the purchase but she decided to help nonetheless. We had a bit of a unique situation as we were purchasing a house from out-of-state during the pandemic. All our visits happened remotely through videoconference. Karina's great attitude transpired through all our exchanges. Throughout the great/fun visits or our disappointments when our offers were not accepted, she always kept a positive outlook and reassured us that the right house would be there for us. She also ensured that the entire paperwork process with the title company or the bank was kept within the specified deadlines of our agreement. She held our hands all the way through a successful close (in person this time and with our masks on of course). Karina is a consummate professional and she truly loves what she does.
